Mom and dad had a fairly quite CNY. They visited a couple of relatives, and had several big meals. Dad is feeling some pain in his right knee, and does not know whether he can participate in this weekend’s half-marathon.
Auntie Joan is in town, waiting to give birth to her second baby. U-ho… Some baby girl friend.
Mom went teaching at IVE in the morning, and had Korean for lunch. Yes, she went to Chong Wan, and had a lunch special. It was good, but the portion was a bit large. Mom went home, and we rested for a bit. This evening, we are going to have lunch with auntie Winnie.
Dad is still in Vancouver, working and visiting gung gung and po po. Po po said banana is probably not good for me, but I kind of like it. Should not be a problem. Dad went in the office to do some work. He thought about going to Cypress for some skiing, but decided against it. Need to put some time into the thesis thing. He went home for dinner with gung gung and po po. Had lamp, fish and preserved duck. Po po bought some fig for mom and I. Should be yummy…
